hi k, iv put the setting on that you gav me, thanks.(512-512#2) But is it normal for it to be wavy looking at my Tack Manager_Networking. looks like it is pulsing(1mb/0) when befor i got it to stay a about 0.75 of a 1mb and then upload has just stoped agen. i really dont know that to chang to help my upload timing-out well that what i think its doing but i dont know much on this. the download site you gave me:- :::.. hi ive been siting here the last two days with no sleep and made my download more steddy- peaks lower but its not timing out anymore. do you think this is the best thing i can do. Thanks for the patches I tryed the cablenut settings but both had the same effect, upload slows down plus pausing for 2 secons but peaking out highter only on the upload. At the moment im just setting my tcpWindowSize to 12000 and its the best iv got out of my upload.

Right iv fixed my download speed by changing the tcp-window-size step by step and got a really nice download from my connetion. But can anyone tell me what to do about my upload coz iv seen it do better befor and i should be getting 512-512 but only really 512-256. Should i go back to my ips about it?? :::..
