Well when I played football in HS, my number was 54 and I would often (joking around) walk into classes or anywhere my friend/teammates were and yell, "WHO AM IIII? IT'S 54 M****F****!" I said this because of a Petey Pablo song that was out where he says something similar to that. Yeah, I got in trouble a few times but oh well the football players were able to get away with more than the usual students. Well then I ended up picking it as my AIM handle, then email address and so on. It has stuck with me every since.

I know this is a dead topic but this problem requires the order of operations to solve. It goes... P.M.D.A.S. - Parenthesis, Multiplication, Division, Addition then Subtraction. So then 14-12*2 can be broken down like this.. 12*2=24 14-24=-10 Not like it matters though.

I don't think that applies to all 3G phones. I have a MyTouch 3G and can talk, surf and text at the same time. Although, being an old phone, It can do all but not as fast as a G2 or Droid Incredible. Laggy phone = sadness.

Would you guys be willing to agree to disagree. I think there's other factors that need to be considered in this match up. The user. The iPhone 4 does a great job at being an entertainment machine for those who want a polished UI and intuitive features. But the Android OS does a great job at being an entertainment machine for those who like to modify and customize their devices. For me, my vote goes to Android. I've used an iPhone and it is nice but at times it just felt confined. I like the ability to adjust the Android to my liking. And yes I know that the iPhone can be jailbroken but that's not what it is known for. While the Android, I feel, it appeals more to the programmer, developer, IT techie person. This, of course, is just my opinion. And about the memory management on an Android, it works well and does it's job now. I know because I just used a Galaxy S. But for example, I would like to be in control of what is being killed and what isn't. With the older Android phones, yes, it was a massive issue that it was a requirement to have a task killer but now it's a choice. With some people, it's force of habit. So throwing this into the ring wont work unless we can bring up the fact that you weren't allowed to copy paste until not too long ago.

I say yes because then I wont feel so bad about my own connection speed. Plus it'll give people a good range to compare with their own connections. They can see the best and the worst and place themselves somewhere in there.

Well since the original poster abandoned this thread and rather than starting a new one I'll just take over this one. So I a have a few questions. My download speed was averaging .5 Mbps with upload being 1.9 Mbps. This was before I found this site and signed up. So after looking over my cable connections I realized that the cable is split twice before it reached the modem which is followed a router. So I removed one split and retested. Now my connection is inconsistent. At one point my download speed was up to 4.9 then dropped back to about 1.1. I remember when I first moved to my apartment, my connection was downloading at 7-9 Mbps. My question is 1) is it normal for this type of inconsistent results, 2) based of this info, do you think there is anything I can do to improve my connection and 3) could it all be my router's fault?
