Yea. I was going at 1000+ yesterday and then my speeds dropped to 20 Kbps and stayed there for several hours. I tested from 3 different computers and they all got the same results.

You should get download manager. I use freshdownload. It's easy to use. What you can do is download with that, then when you see your connection drop, pause the download for a few hours. Then resume it and finish it up. Download.com has a lot of download managers you can choose from.

Maybe I'm not reading that correctly, but those speeds suck for professional account with direcway. Upload looks great, but download, no. I would be very angry.

Sometimes your dw6000 won't respond to your browser unless you have the proxy settings in the internet option set right. Maybe that's just my computer that does that.
