Sean, you can try resetting your Cable/DSL modem, and/or change your IP address. I heard that virus makes your connection DDOS random servers, be careful.

Dude... I know the difference between bits and bytes... Thats not what I meant. Firefox is known to exaggerate your download speed numbers.

Firefox is inaccurate at displaying download speeds most of the time, thats why I use IE to show DOWNLOAD speed tests.

No crap, its FiOS, it takes 2 min, 47 sec for me to download Battlefield 2 v1.03 patch from EA Large Downloads. (At this speed)

This is almost too weird... I'm getting like 3 - 4 Mbps more than cap speed.
