Get the application from here: www.cablenut.com

Then try the file I have attached.  After downloading it, open it, click save to registry, reboot and retest.

Bottom Line:: 36X faster than 56K 1MB download in 4.15 sec

Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 47.2 % of your hosts average (rr.com)
