My upload is ok but my downstream is not anywhere near 4mb. I have tried a number of things, i have tweaked my connection, i have connected via usb, i have tried a friends computer, i have tried a different modem, and nothing seems to help. can anyone help or give me any suggestions thanks. cholla Posted January 17, 2006 CID Share Posted January 17, 2006 Gib4500 : Read & do the things in this sticky it is the first step in getting help. http://www.testmy.net/forum/index.php?topic=2097.0 After that it never hurts to contact your ISP & make sure you are getting what you are paying for meaning that your modem is not capped lower than what your paying for.
