problem

Recommended Posts

1.  Perform online malware scan ( www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan ), try uninstall

2.  Kill the process from task manager, try uninstall

3.  If you can't kill the process, run msconfig to configure startup items and reboot, try uninstall

4.  If that don't work, boot to safe mode and rip out the files and reg keys manually

use and uninstaller application

the one i will attach is a good application

it removes to the registry level and dod standards

shared under gnu lic

requires unlock code of UA4011S0

and i'd also run ccleaner.com application

to make sure that the registry is clean and error free
