GIXXERGUY6 Posted January 24, 2006 CID Share Posted January 24, 2006 I have tried both the cablenut tweaks, and factory settings.... i have scanned for all kinds of virus's, spyware......using ms antivirus, spybot, adaware, avg, avast. I have aim and yahoo up...avg is up, and i am surfing with maxthon, but it happens with explorer.... the pages take a while to load, not along time, but it should be like RIGHT THERE. Any tips? btw the cookies and files are all cleared.
trogers Posted January 24, 2006 CID Share Posted January 24, 2006 Sounds like your comp's concurrent connection-limit is still set at a default value of 10. You can download and install this patch to change it to 50. http://www.lvllord.de/?lang=en&url=downloads&PHPSESSID=7e994ea500f51c7d6d94eb4e3f8888c6

trogers Posted January 24, 2006 CID Share Posted January 24, 2006 Have you readjust your ccs file for the following: MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server - 20 MaxConnectionsPerServer - 10 These are recommended values but I have set both of my values to 32 as I am using Firefox v1.5 with Fasterfox extension.
