It is a free program if you have zone alarm you will see a yellow icon in the bottom right of the screen near the clock. Just right click and say shut down. If you have windows XP i think that there is a built in firewall, that could be causing the problem. I dont run windows xp pro so i dont have any idea about where or how to disable it.
