unable to connect

Recommended Posts

Do you have a router?  Does your computer connect via ethernet?

Try this netshell command from the command prompt:

netsh int ip reset c:resetlog.txt

Then powercycle all network devices, reboot PC.

After that, check IPCONFIG/ALL.  If 169.254.x.x or 0's, try IPCONFIG/RENEW and see what error message you get.
