I have AT&T DSL Package and my provider is Covad.net that states i should have 1500/256 but here are my results: :::.. Download Stats ..::: Connection is:: 570 Kbps about 0.6 Mbps (tested with 386 kB) Download Speed is:: 70 kB/s Tested From:: https://testmy.net (main) Test Time:: 2006/03/15 - 8:48pm Bottom Line:: 10X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 14.63 sec Tested from a 386 kB file and took 5.547 seconds to complete Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1 Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 42.92 % of your hosts average (covad.net) Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-OTP3HR6MX I am using Cablenut program and i am running: VanBurens cablenut settings Version 2WinXP_2K_CABLE_DSLMSS1460 Cable & DSL 3000 384 Can anyone tell me a better tweak i can use? Nice speeds, and real nice pic. Now if you could just make her dance, wow. Just have a little patience. I know, I don't have enough sometimes either. S7R1D3R Posted March 17, 2006 Author CID Share Posted March 17, 2006 I had tried with cablenut but only got me from 456kbps/44kbps(download speed) to 560kbps/66kbps(download speed). I tried and tried with cablenut but thats all i got so i tried this thing that lets u take control of ur whole windows XP and customize it up the ass. I just selected my adverstized speed, re-booted, re-booted modem, turned everything back and running and now i got this beautiful speed. Its called TuneUp Utilities 2006 No problem that u didnt get me in time well nice to know u were gonna help unlike the other 57 people that only viewed mine. well hope u guys use it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Some people come in to read a thread to see if they can help. Would you rather have them just give you bad advise, or go on. Like I said by the title I did not know that you were on DSL. But when I first read it I figured that I might not be able to help. When I found out it was about cable-nut, I posted what I could to help. Probably the others did the same.
