DaKeith Posted April 11, 2006 CID Share Posted April 11, 2006 i would use -R, the -R is more compatable with the old and new players
coknuck Posted April 11, 2006 CID Share Posted April 11, 2006 Here are some DVD-R 8x. When you burn movies it works better if you burn slow. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=5961916&productCategoryId=pcmcat65200050026&type=product&cmp=++&id=1061127216278
j3grizz Posted April 12, 2006 CID Share Posted April 12, 2006 Hi hid. DVD+R is a DVD disc that allows multiple layers for one disc. A DVD-R only allows one layer. Multi layer DVD+R can allow extra capacity per disc! It cost more though. Hope this answers yur question.
peepnklown Posted April 12, 2006 CID Share Posted April 12, 2006 DVD-R is compatible with about 93% of players. DVD+R is compatible with about 89% of players. They make DL (Dual Layer) DVD-R & DVD+R
