Swimmer Posted April 18, 2006 CID Share Posted April 18, 2006 The E1505 is a better base system.. You get the dual core.. Sweet I might look into getting a 7200rpm hard drive.. I have the Hitachi 60gb 7200rpm in my 8600 and Love it! Also if you plan to do any gaming upgrade the graphics.. brings the total to slightly under $1000.. but my brother bought a Inspiron 6000 in July. 1.8 centrino M, 1 gig ram, 60gb 7200rpm, XSGA+ screen, dvd/cd-rw, x300 graphics, and wifi for about $1700 you are getting a steal for anything under $1200 on that computer!
