MYRIAGON Posted April 24, 2006 CID Share Posted April 24, 2006 Right click on the file and check the read only box.... Still if they are determined to change it they can by unchecking the box, or if they make a change, when they go to close it out it will ask if they want to save changes, if they click yes it will change. All it does is make it so you can't make change accidentally.
php Posted April 25, 2006 CID Share Posted April 25, 2006 I /think/ you can password protect it with Word so they need a password to edit it, however I have no idea how to do this. edit: Tools/Options/Security. Password to modify.
