rajmarie Posted May 3, 2006 CID Share Posted May 3, 2006 Yes...not only speed issue but connection issue also. When there is connection...the speed is worst then dial-up. Even onelinkpr.com take more then 5 minutes to load. Its impossible to do anything on onelink. When I called the tech support, the person answer....ur modom is online. We dont see any problem. Try rebooting the modem. Dont use router...blah blah blah. I am really getting tired of onelink now. Does somebody know if DMAX is better (or read stable) then onelink

drebel Posted May 4, 2006 CID Share Posted May 4, 2006 yes however my case is a bad transmitter support also said that everything was ok the technician came in and with a tester proved the line had problems that were not detectable by the modem.
