Swimmer Posted May 11, 2006 CID Share Posted May 11, 2006 Alright another one for you LCD gurus... I have a Gateway FPD1730 that i got for free.. The only problem with it is that when you power it up it displays white then fades to black. I am not 100% sure of that means that the LCD is dead, it does display colors during this start up, but doesnt allow the menu to appear at any point. Any ideas or have you heard of this issue?
