-My download speeds vary alot. I have quite alot of crap on my computer. I have 250 gig HD and have about 210 gigs of mostly music on it. I just bought a 250 gig external HD but have not moved much to it.

-I also run a 24/7 internet radio station that constantly uploads music to a server, and where I stream my live show every Saturday from 12pm-2pm PST. (3 streams= 128kbps, 48kbps, and 48kbps on live365.com)

-I use 2 computers: 1 using winamp and shoutcast to upload to my radio stations and my personal computer - both connected with a router.

Let me know what you think I could do to make my download more consistant!

Thanks,

Kelly
