dlewis23 Posted October 8, 2006 CID Share Posted October 8, 2006 It would be nice if I could force it a little bit more. the only way your going to get more is if you upgrade to the extreme 3.0 or 6.
jkandra Posted October 8, 2006 Author CID Share Posted October 8, 2006 Right now they aren't available in this area yet. The Service Tech said that I should get real close to the advertised speed because I am a couple of mile for the switching station. He said that withhis test that I am ready for the Xtream 6.0. Now all I have to do is wait for it to come in area.
tommie gorman Posted October 8, 2006 CID Share Posted October 8, 2006 Doesn't look like you will be missing Dway much. Nice speeds *grrr lucky dog* What is it running a month?? Love the avatar, keeps mine company.
jkandra Posted October 8, 2006 Author CID Share Posted October 8, 2006 I think it is $32.95 a month. That sure is a lot better than $59.99 a month with DWay and it works better. No CAPS. Some thing is wrong I have a red Xfor your avatar. I had one for mine and I put another one on.
tommie gorman Posted October 8, 2006 CID Share Posted October 8, 2006 I am sure CA3LE will have it fixed when he wakes up after not sleeping for 2 days. I'm in no hurry. And I get the same thing right now.

MYRIAGON Posted October 8, 2006 CID Share Posted October 8, 2006 I just switched to DSL too (AT&T) 1.5/384. I tweaked with Cablenut, but it didn't make too much of a difference with DSL. I'm getting close to cap but not all the way. :::.. testmy.net test results ..::: Download Connection is:: 1383 Kbps about 1.38 Mbps (tested with 1496 kB) Download Speed is:: 169 kB/s Upload Connection is:: 335 Kbps about 0.34 Mbps (tested with 579 kB) Upload Speed is:: 41 kB/s Tested From:: https://testmy.net (Server 1) Test Time:: 2006/10/07 - 9:57pm D-Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-D8M9LHNIY U-Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-U9PTIQM8A User Agent:: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1) [!] I had to re-upload my avatar also

And I would be like you, when is the 6.0 coming around here. Just a need for speed.
jkandra Posted October 8, 2006 Author CID Share Posted October 8, 2006 Welcome Bro 6.0 would be nice
tommie gorman Posted October 8, 2006 CID Share Posted October 8, 2006 Actually 3.0 is pretty nice, if you ever get a chance to try someones out. I tried a friends out one time. It was so smooth and quick. I hated to log off. I almost cried. It was his at his own office. Sweet. Especially if 6.0 is too high. 3.0 is great by it self.
