bent240LV Posted October 27, 2006 Author CID Share Posted October 27, 2006 well i work in a hotel so i want a daily email that we can pass on from shift to shift that lists the events of the day and any other special information about specific guest. I want template though to minimize the length of emails and also to have a "format" that everyone can read so it's more uniformed.
Swimmer Posted October 28, 2006 CID Share Posted October 28, 2006 You can save an email as a template.. so you type one out.. then save as.. then select outlook template.. Then you can open that and edit it before you send it out.
just- Posted October 28, 2006 CID Share Posted October 28, 2006 1- okay one type your template 2- save it, it will go into the drafts folder 3- drag the email from outlook to your desktop somewhere outside 4- you should not have a .msg file with a look of an envelope that is ur template, open it edit and click send you template will always look like the one you wrote in the 1st place follow the pictures
