Swimmer Posted December 7, 2006 CID Share Posted December 7, 2006 well dlewis, some people cannot afford a big upgrade"like you" or arent in a good area for quality internet... and last time I checked, your upload is crap too =) what are you talking about?? 453 kbps (55 kB/s) that is nothing amazing.. Unless you are over 1.5mbps for upload there is nothing to really get all pissy about.. The ISPs keep the upload to a minimum for a reason.. So you dont run servers! The only people that I know of who get a decent upload are the Verizon FIOS people..

Usually under 10 is a safe bet they are fairly new. (just kidding, really) And grab some fresh popcorn then.
