joe21 Posted January 22, 2007 CID Share Posted January 22, 2007 I called up verizon in july 2006 and ordered 3.0mbps dsl plan. the connection speed was good until a month ago its been obvious thts it had slowed down...so i called them up and i got no help at all from them..they tried everything but nothin seems to work. the last thing tht they came up with is tht my internet explorer is causing the problem and tht my provisioned speed is 1.5mbps...they told me to degrade it to internet explorer 6...so i'm callin u guyz to help me out because i might cancel my contract with them...i really dont like thr service.
