I normally averaged 1.7 down and at least 740 up. Now I am getting 1.3, 1.2, 1.4 on download. My uploads are around 700. I guess it is safe to assume that the first hop really don't matter . I was hoping for a little more bump in speed, but I guess the ping do not effect it so much. I am going to call ISP tomorrow and see if they bumped my speed down to 1.5/768.. I will let you know! When I was on interleave at least my up and down speeds were consistent. Not back and forth. I can live with the higher ping time. Thank for all the help.
