just- Posted June 2, 2007 CID Share Posted June 2, 2007 hi there and welcome to the forum i believe u talking about this item http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833164151 well let me tell you that this will not increase the speed of your connection it will only enable QOS in your local network. basically you can prioritise what type of traffic or who has priority over one another so u can say gaming from my xbox will always have priority over my mum machine something like this i dont have one and would probably recommend u get a switch/router that enables this rather then this product although there are some happy people in new egg with this product Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
