VanBuren Posted February 6, 2005 CID Share Posted February 6, 2005 1,5 Mbps up, then you should try to tweak your upload if you have win XP SP2 1st find your MSS value with this analyzer http://forums.speedguide.net:8117/ if its 1460 continue, if its not, let me know what MSS value you got, so i can make a new file for you download and install Cablenut https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64 download this attached file, unzip it to C:ProgramCablenut open cablenut adjuster, in top left corner click file, load custom settings file, browse to C:ProgramCablenut and dubble click on the file you unzipped. now click save to registry and reboot check speed again VanBuren

falco Posted February 6, 2005 CID Share Posted February 6, 2005 Do you mean the default registry settings? If that is what you mean, click "delete cablenut tweaks", then "done", restart your computer and power down your modem. Power it back up after windows has finished loading. Good luck! falco
MICROWAVE Posted February 6, 2005 CID Share Posted February 6, 2005 falco Like your Sig..... very nice you are correct on the way to remove cablenut and I also think you can leave all windows blank and that will also default.......
