ANYWAY I AM PILIPINO LIVE IN OLONGAPO ..AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO POST MY DLOAD AND UPLOAD SPEED HERE? ANYBODY HELP ME WITH THIS?? I HAVE 1MB AGGREGRIATED MBPS HOT TO CHANGE IT 7 MBPS???
