I am suprised about the T1 score. I believe that T1 is a symetrical media. Meaning that the upstream and downstream should be the same.... Is your work hosting a webserver off the same connection??

:) Swimmer,

You are correct about the T1 except when I was installing Ti ckts, the ckt had to be built the way you are referring to.Basically a T1 is a ckt that has 28 channels which can be used for voice or data.....now the fun part if a customer is willing to pay the extra $$$$ to the phone C.O. the ckt can be built to those specs.generally people go the cheaper route. The new voice over IP has changed alot of this stuff and, I haven't seen the inside of a phone room or "data center" for a little longer than 2 years....Of course I really miss my interaction with "qwest" or "us West" or whatever they are calling themselves this week...........
