Twist154 Posted September 21, 2008 CID Share Posted September 21, 2008 Sup all, been using this site for many years now. Very stable. Results, Your connection is: 12053 Kbps or 12.1 Mbps You downloaded at: 1471 kB/s You are running: 210 times faster than 56K and can download 1 megabyte in 0.7 second(s). Not to shabby. I just did a FFR then tweaked my connection with TCP optimizer and still i'm not back up to my 15Mbps download. I'm wired through my router. Any ideas? mudmanc4 Posted September 21, 2008 CID Share Posted September 21, 2008 Not bad speeds. There are so many variables in determining the speeds, network congestion's, major data movement, down lines, routing, I get good speeds most of the time, but there are times when I can't do jack. So the best that you can do is find a sweet spot, and stick with it. I've also noticed that there are sometimes when my dynamic IP changes, and with it the routing, some get awesome routes, and others stink on ice. Glad you finally decided to join up Twist54
