thats 97 % of cap

How come on some downloads I can get speeds up to 256kb/s than? 

I just downloaded some updates for XP and they each downloaded at about 250kb/s.

Burst.  My average download speed is about  630 kb/s . But they start around 1,2 mb/s , depending opn the size of the file it may finish at 800 kbs, or may finish at 630 . Its the burst. Its Evil.
