Download is fine--right were it should be, upload is horrible ( 75kps) I even have new computer--waiting to hear back from xplornet tech. on issues. Any ideas on what could cause this?? The simple two are... Either a failing tria(transmit portion) or Hughesnet(Xplornet NOC in Manitoba) is cutting upload speeds. If the modem was failing, then you might show many failed transmit packages in the modem stats. And your download might start to tank as well.
