download and install cablenut https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64

1st run this analyzer and find your MTU http://forums.speedguide.net:8117/

now build your own cablenut file https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?topic=1013.msg27520#msg27520

choose Enter MTU

then type your advertised speed up and down in Kbps . for you 512 and 256 and use a latency between 150-300 ms

i suggest to start with 150 increase if you still dosent get the speed you want

now click compute settings, and click CCS file download

save it anywere on your HD and click on it and click save to registry and reboot your pc

if you get problems with connecting to FTP, p2p programs, then change SynAttackProtect to 0 and click save to registry and reboot

TCP options string = 020405b40103030001010402

MTU = 1500

MTU is fully optimized for broadband.

MSS = 1460

Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which equals MSS.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 15972

RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits

Unscaled Receive Window = 15972

For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.

Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:

513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)

256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)

128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)

64240 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product (Note this is not a speed test):

Your RcvWindow limits you to: 638.88 kbps (79.86 KBytes/s) @ 200ms

Your RcvWindow limits you to: 255.552 kbps (31.944 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

Consider increasing your RWIN value to optimize TCP/IP for broadband.

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 54 hops

TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349) = 11110000

Precedence (priority) = 000 (routine)

Delay = 0 (normal delay)

Throughput = 1 (high throughput)

Reliability = 1 (high reliability)

Cost = 1 (low cost)

Sorry i dun understand ur lower part...

Can teach me how to uncapped moderm???I am aware of the consequences...I haf the ability to pay more to get the excitment...Haha :evil::twisted:

No, retard. You dont uncapp and "pay more" You uncap, get a HUGE fine, then get blacklisted to all surrounding ISP's including dialup. So if you want to risk  not having internet period without moving out of the region/state, go google it :)
