pitbull481 Posted March 2, 2005 CID Share Posted March 2, 2005 where can i checked what brand my motherboard is, instead of opening my pc?
organ_shifter Posted March 2, 2005 CID Share Posted March 2, 2005 You can go to Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information. After the window opens up, look over on the right for: System Manufacture System Model. (Manfacture is your listed Brand). Using Window's system tool is ok, but I would highly recommend you do this: Download Everest Home Edition 1.51. Once you install it, everything about your system is detailed and even connected to links that will take you right to the site to get the latest drivers for chipsets, sound cards and a host of other stuff. This program was formerly named aida32. You can get the program at this link: Everest Home Edition 1.51 It's free
