I am no expert on these things , ( I just try and do the humour ) and in the UK ,

it looks like we need more details of your o/s and country, are you in RUS ? , if so testing over 4000 miles

your test results seem about right , 2.8b out of 4 ,

I have a 6 x1 conection in the UK, 3000 miles to Dalas TX , and get about 5x1/2 , the distance being the killer ,

my provider give me a 2048 kbps line but could only reach 4 kB/s per download,
