Windows Start > Run > type CMD [enter] > from the command prompt type tracert google.com and/or tracert testmy.net Linux / Mac Under Applications/Utilities open 'Terminal' > type traceroute google.com and/or traceroute testmy.net Paste those results here. ~ TriRan

TriRan Posted September 16, 2011 CID Share Posted September 16, 2011 i don't think there are many changes we can make that will really help to much but you are more then welcome to try, i will assist in any way i can for starters read this post: https://testmy.net/ipb/topic/934-vanburen-testmynet-cablenut-settings/ and this one: https://testmy.net/ipb/topic/1984-sticky-stop-before-you-post-your-problems-read-this/ try some of the things listed in those posts, i'd start with downloading TCPOptimizer ~ TriRan CA3LE
mytestsfailed Posted November 26, 2011 CID Share Posted November 26, 2011 And I thought I had High Latency issues before. And from my experience, wireless internet is given way too much credit on commercials and advertisements. 90% of these are really bad connections. I'd stick to tradition DSL and hook it up to a router if you want wireless.
