Hey Paladin, You had me stumped for a second, I was thinking, "Ummm, he should rank for sure..." -- but it's because I only allow test sizes greater than 6MB to be ranked (for download speed). Not in your case but in many, people tend to burst that 6MB test, anything greater than that and I get a way lower percentage of falsely ranked members... pretty much zero. It makes the listing more accurate. Run a few 12MB tests at those speeds and you'll hit the list for sure. The list updates every minute on the minute.
