netmasta Posted March 13, 2005 CID Share Posted March 13, 2005 I have 47MB of space that for some reason is unallocated. Can I get to be part of the C: drive? The computer came like that, I just haven't done anything about it.
junkieXL Posted March 14, 2005 CID Share Posted March 14, 2005 Certainly you can merge the two partitions, use Partition Magic 8 to make one nice big C: drive...also check the pagefile setting, make sure its not set at 37 GB...i think it should be set at 1.5 times your physical memory size (i may be wrong).... Using WINXP's "Extend Volume Wizard" won't work because the drive is your Primary active/boot partition. -JxL
