I have a 1mg down and 128 up connection with cebridge. But here is my problem,my browser cache is slowing me down. Here is the test result with cache cleared. basic Posted March 13, 2005 Author CID Share Posted March 13, 2005 Thanks guys I'm runing xp pro and i defrag my hdd every 4 days. I know there was a cache bug in ie 4 and 5 where the browser did not clear out the old files to make room for the new ones. But i dont know if this is the case with 6,must be because its microsoft after all,any way when doing the download test,the progress bar will stall for a second or two,but after clearing the cache,the download test will progress without problems.
