Have a 50mb unlimited Contract, but get at least under 50% delivered! I need the speed for my work, so in the last 10 days I lost every day between 100 and 150€, because the Internet is not performing what I pay for. If they can’t resolve it from their regular support phone people, tell them you’d like to elevate the issue and talk to a manager or supervisor.
