I am applying for a job that requires having a minimum download speed of 10 mps and upload speed of 5 mbps. They requested an analysis of 12 hs and to do it through testmy.speed. In my house I have service of 50 megas and at my parents they have 25 megas speed. I have tested my interntet with different pages and in both houses and only through test.my gives me such slow speed that doesn’t even reach 5 mbps. I have tried other and it works just find. I called my ISP and they changed to a newer router but I still have the same results. I Changed the DNS, blocked all apps and updates that could take memory and plenty other things to improve, but still no success. Then, tested different laptops and gave and ok result from those ones, but mine is still slow. Is a fast laptop, is a Republic of Games computer that ha s64 RAM of memory and all other specs that don’t understand but know are super good. Could u advise me what to do please? I am desperate to fix this so I can get this job, is the last thing I have to fix. I know the Internet service is good, but I have to prove it from the testmy.net website.
