my advertised speeds are 4mbps down and 384 up

i have installed cable nut but dont know what to do when i click my cable connection, i just get this new window with all these numbers, it looks like this:

Have you downloaded and used Vanburen's Cablenut settings yet?

Comcast just upgraded the speeds from 4Mb/384kb to 6Mb/384kb. That is unless you do not have cable tv.
