tbaker397 Posted August 22, 2005 CID Share Posted August 22, 2005 rr-zip, reinstalling windows wouldn't do anything. That would just replace your Windows files and what not. If you want to have a clean start, when u go to install, pick the option to Format the PC. and yes, the modem might be an issue, but I am not sure.
