ArcticWolf Posted August 13, 2005 CID Share Posted August 13, 2005 I hate using the browser and how you have to sign in into AOL to use there service. Now I made a new connection in dial up networking and used the same screen name and password to login.... but it says wrong password. Is there an encryption in AOL for there passwords where you can only use there program to log on to the internet? PS:Not sure if this is the right board this post should be on...sorry. wingzero2309 Posted August 13, 2005 CID Share Posted August 13, 2005 As far as I know, with aoHell, you have to use their proprietary software--dialup networking wont work. Although...u dont necessarily have to use the aoHell browser, just sign on and minimize it, and then launch FF or IE
