My upload is messed up, download is fine just not on tests, i called my isp to try to fix upload, and they uncapped the modem to see if i got good speed, i still got crap but then they forgot to cap it back up... My ISP also has 10 meg down, DSL that is :::.. I just cant get that off testmy, my upload sucks on tests and just uploading to people :::.. resopalrabotnick Posted August 26, 2005 CID Share Posted August 26, 2005 you complained. the tech decided to screw you. he uncapped you, "forgot" to recap. bet he didn't make a note in the system. next week their lawyer is gonna come after you for uncapping their modem illegally.
