Bones_McGhee Posted September 21, 2005 CID Share Posted September 21, 2005 I would like to know this to, even though I don't think it will be anytime soon. SBC has had fiber optic laid down all the major streets in my city (Raytown, MO) for about five years now, ever since we had most of the streets and such redone. On all of the poles behind the houses, also, are the little signs that say "Careful when digging Fiber Optic Wires burdied here, call this number etc. etc. So, if and when they do decide to go ahead with Lightspeed, I think it would probably be quick to come here, maybe, due to the fact that fiber has already been laid. Dunno though.
