geekmaster Posted October 17, 2005 Author CID Share Posted October 17, 2005 Today I have called verizon. I spent 3 hours and 50 minutes with them. I have found out that sum1 messed up my package and that i have 384kb package not 1.5mb. But i am paying for 1.5mb. I have been disconnected from tech support, put on hold, also 1person even laughed at me. I still have not reached the billing department but I will try 2morrow. The people there do not what the hell they are doing. One talks so quietly u can only hear mumering. Another cant transfer from one department to another. Once i was transfered from tech support to tech support but the guy wanted to transfer me to sales. Therefore Verizon has the worst customer support ever....... Marcin541 Posted October 18, 2005 CID Share Posted October 18, 2005 Make sure you ask for free months for your troubles. There is no 384 kbps package btw. 768 is lowest 7000 for business is highest.
