It's a routing issue on the end of your ISP (domain tag).  Basically, it shouldn't affect your connection any.  As your ISP performs maintenance on nodes/cards, your connection will be traced to other routers due to load balancing.  When another shift occurs, you may be routed differently again.  Basically it is normal, try not to lose too much sleep over it.
