These are my most recent! I usually have 4.5 from this site. I get 4.6 from another site but this one has seemed to hiccup lately. It did this last night, I went through checked out my comp. came back about 15 mins. later and it was fine. What is the deal???

Yup. But go back and look at your first post. Your first post shows an upload test and your second one shows a download test.
