richcornucopia Posted December 16, 2005 CID Share Posted December 16, 2005 I was researching a new bittorrent client and found this site, I think its really nice to be able to see a lot of the clients currently available broken down into what features they have. Take a look for yourself http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_BitTorrent_software .

hurricane_floyd Posted December 16, 2005 CID Share Posted December 16, 2005 I am currently running an elderly 1GHz AMD Athlon Thunderbird with 768MB of PC133 RAM. Azureus and its parent javaw.exe both together don't use more than 30Megs of RAM and 7% CPU. Maybe it runs better on some systems than others? Bittornado is not Java based? I may try it out, nobody ever said you had to use only 1 client.
