What's happening is, it loads about 23% then stops (freezes) for about 3-5 seconds, then loads another 23% then stops for 3-5 seconds again, all the way until it reaches 100%. coknuck Posted December 19, 2005 CID Share Posted December 19, 2005 It could be your firewall causing the problem, try taking the test with it turned off. also anti virus has to process everything.try turning it off too.
