if i watch my task manager it gets up to 23% 26% of 100mbps and with no router or modem..  between my apartment and my friends we see those speeds  sometimes at like 4am we can up in the 30's MB

well they changed how they are selling it . I don't think that they would reach 100MB to be honsest i tried to get it and they didn't refuse but the Lady's in the front office said "you don't need that much internet the 45:00 is fast enough" i say "well you offer it so i want it" they said try the advertised 10MB if you want more than get it well the 10MB gets way over its adv speeds now on the websit it says 45MB o don't know its fast and cheap i know of no other person paying 45:00 a month for an average of 18 to 20 down and 10 to 12 up. and they are not shared which is freaking outstanding

well the provider is road runner but leased through waldenweb they are apartments who's main client was corrperate living now for anyone who wants to run a website from home my advertised speed was 10MB when i moved in with option of 100MB but now the web site says just strait 45MB I'm a little confused myself as to what i actually have obviously its more than 10 but not quit 45. these scores are a little lower than normal. lately Been getting 25MB consistently but for 45:00 a month i really dnt care as long as it stays around what i am getting now I'm happy with 10MB for that price thats what i signed up for anyway.:::..
