mines the same way all over the place but we are only supposed to get 10 the 100 are 85.00 but was talked out of it by front office they said i didn't need it if i can get an average of 20 for 46.00 a month i guess i don't need it.

Check this out my friend in the same complex has a server dual xenon 512 of storage rapture's no less 4gig ram i mean the freaking thing is stupid sick. I use explore to connect to him like on a local network in task manager it says that we are using 61% up 73% and down to 30% of 100mbps network isn't that like 7300k download at the max. I just downloaded 6GB in 15 min. wow thats crazy

I understand and sorry for the rant because i ask more questions than i have answer's for but thats it i can learn with out frustrated answers from people who feel they are wasting there time.

Turn it off on the one you want to use and leave it on for the one you don't. I dint know how much of a difference it will make but its free. Go to network connections right click and go to properties. In the window scroll down and UN check qos and your done. thats right click on local area connection. Sorry not network connections

If thats the case then made i should start saving for a lawyer now. cant you get ip mask for torrent sites now

Average for RR lots of variables time of day, traffic on line, neighbored, computer, Were you holding you mouth right (just joking) did you get the basic package if so with a little tweeking you can get those up a little. Check out the show your scores forum and look for cablenuts and and tweaks for your PC. And remember don't hit the back button or you will not get proper score

I'm not a moderater or can i (or want to) tell anyone what to do its a free forum. I try to help when and were i can as  do the other genour us people in this site. This is by far the best form on the net the people are friendly and all ways willing to help even  with my ignorant questions. THE BACK BOTTON IS NOT A CORRECT SCORE. You cant get help if you don't give real post and or do people want to help if people keep playing. Keep the dreams of those scores to yourself or if you decide to pay for more bandwidth.
